About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, testing, and optimization of end-to-end collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets
  • Combine analytics, experimentation, and partnerships with operations and vendors to improve right-party contact, recovery rates, roll-forward, and unit costs
  • Shape a digital-first engagement model
  • Grow strategic client relationships and serve as the main client contact with senior stakeholders
  • Lead consulting engagements, analytical workstreams, and high-performing onshore and offshore teams
  • Track RPC, recovery rates, and roll rates and recommend improvements
  • Oversee policy changes, test new approaches, and monitor market trends
  • Partner with operations and vendors to execute strategic initiatives and drive measurable business impact
  • Drive thought leadership and business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in Collections strategy, Analytics Consulting, and Financial Services along with solution design and client management
  • SQL and Python
  • Policy optimization and experience with Banks / FinTechs
  • Unsecured lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting)
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
  • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
