Settle issues unresolved by the SME and participate in monthly performance evaluations with AM/LAM
Handle process-related issues, queries, and escalated transactions as an SME
Provide associate performance feedback and conduct audits with QCA to update the training curriculum
Seek clarifications and answer queries in real time with mentors
