About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand end-to-end month-end closing, journal posting, and intercompany transactions
- Conduct reconciliations and perform variance analysis
- Analyze actuals versus budget variances and provide actionable insights
- Review and analyze profit and loss statements for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with clients to address financial queries and build strong relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate Degree in Accounting, CA, CA intermediate, ICWA, ICWA intermediate, or MBA finance
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of end-to-end month-end closing, journal posting, and intercompany transactions
- Understanding of month-end close and B/S reconciliation
- Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16
- Experience with variance analysis
- Ability to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
- Knowledge of general ledger and intercompany transactions
- Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel
- Excellent client interaction and communication skills
