About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of Commercial Insurance data, analytics, reporting and dashboard implementation projects
- Drive client workshops to clarify business objectives, KPIs, measures, dashboard requirements and acceptance criteria
- Apply insurance domain knowledge across policy, premium, claims, underwriting, reinsurance and portfolio performance discussions
- Translate business requirements into clear, implementable outcomes with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers and Architects
- Assess technical challenges and dependencies and communicate delivery and business impact to stakeholders
- Own project plans, milestones, resources, RAID items, dependencies, UAT, production readiness and stakeholder sign-off
- Delegate work across the delivery team and track progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's/Master's in any stream
- 5-8 years of experience
- Knowledge of Commercial Insurance, including policy, premium, claims, underwriting, reinsurance and portfolio performance
- Understanding of SQL, data pipelines, data models, backend architecture and BI/reporting layers
- Experience translating business requirements into implementable outcomes
- Experience with project plans, milestones, resources, RAID items, dependencies, UAT, production readiness and stakeholder sign-off
