About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with project estimation, planning, and execution
Manage stakeholders and communication
Assist with creation and proofing of product documentation
Track and define project deliverables, focusing on Provider Engagement strategies and US Operations
Respond to design requests
Schedule, coordinate, and document meetings with action items, next steps, and follow-up
Set up folder structures and manage file transfers between project teams
Create reports, including reports for Provider Engagement strategies
Perform all listed duties and other duties as assigned to meet operational needs
Support the AVP, Provider Engagement, in daily project management while adhering to industry best practices
Manage vendors and work with internal and external stakeholders
Support business transformation, reporting creation, and reporting analysis projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years prior experience
Comply with HIPAA and other regulations regarding confidentiality of information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, or MS Project
Analytical skills
Ability to be assigned tasks and work with low level supervision
Basic project manager skills
Verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to walk or transfer through required office workspaces as necessary
Ability to lift up to 5 pounds
Ability to commute to and from work at each appointed work time
Regular bending at the waist and reaching overhead, above the shoulders, and horizontally
Ability to read printed materials and computer screens and perform close-up work
Regular use of hands, wrists, and fingers; repetitive keyboard motion; writing; ability to operate computer and office equipment
Ability to hear normal speech and hear and talk to exchange information in person and by telephone
Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours to meet business needs
Communicating verbally and in written English language to meet business needs
