About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure assigned targets are met in accordance with SLAs
- Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined parameters
- Control claim costs and minimize leakage
- Ensure accuracy of reserves and payments and manage the claims lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and other claims correspondence
- Focus on customer satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication, and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Perform other essential functions as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- English language proficiency
- Previous international Voice experience
- Good Computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Knowledge of business concepts necessary to perform the job
- Ability to make timely decisions and exercise good judgment
- Commitment to achieving objectives and taking ownership
- Ability to handle high volumes of transactions
- Ability to balance quality, timeliness, and productivity standards
