About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end analytics project delivery, including requirements gathering, scoping, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
- Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and manage sprints and workflows through JIRA
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence
- Ensure project governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across crossfunctional teams
- Architect scalable data ecosystems and pipelines supporting BI, machine learning models, and enterprise reporting
- Oversee data ingestion, profiling, transformation, and semantic layer creation
- Build secure, scalable data-processing environments using AWS and Azure
- Evaluate and implement ensemble learning, neural networks, time-series forecasting, and multivariate statistics
- Operationalize ML and predictive models in production
- Lead generative AI, optimization, and advanced statistical innovation initiatives
- Lead marketing analytics initiatives including media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and budget allocation optimization
- Develop performance metrics, predictive models, and analytical insights for sports clients
- Manage, mentor, and develop data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and project managers
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including campus hiring, assessments, and onboarding programs
- Foster continuous learning, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related analytical field
- Eight (8) years of data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence experience
- At least seven (7) years of Data Engineering & ETL Development experience
- At least five (5) years of experience with AWS or Azure
- At least five (5) years of experience with Python, SQL, R, or PySpark
- At least four (4) years of Project & People Management experience
- At least three (3) years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
- At least two (2) years of experience with Data Governance & Compliance
- At least two (2) years of experience with Machine Learning, Forecasting, or Segmentation
- Ability to work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States
