Support implementation of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions for EXL clients
Gather and analyze requirements

Prepare functional and technical documentation
Participate in deployment tasks
Drive and participate in discovery and design sessions
Translate architecture and design documentation into configured solution components, including data models, mappings, rules, and reports
Lead cross-team data informatics development
Drive strategic initiatives
Represent the data informatics team in executive meetings
Develop long-term plans
Work independently and collaboratively with internal and client teams to ensure project success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, or a related field
6-8 years of experience in data informatics or data analysis
Insurance industry domain knowledge
Understanding of key insurance concepts, including policies, claims, premiums, reinsurance, and the London market
Practical experience extracting and analyzing large amounts of data using SQL queries from a data warehouse environment
