About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow every aspect of SOP without fail
- Complete received audits with quality
- Achieve quality and production targets
- Follow project-related protocols and instructions
- Escalate issues and identify trends
- Update productivity, clarification, and other applicable logs daily
- Check with Manager/TL in case of clarifications
- Answer all Manager emails promptly
- Apply problem-solving skills
- Ensure entire team compliance with HIPAA and OIG
- Perform multi-specialty outpatient surgery coding, including IVR and General Surgery
- Conduct coding audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree / Life science/Paramedical Degree
- CPC certification; CPC/CPMA
- Computer skill sets
- Overall 3+ years of coding experience
- 3+ years experience in Multi-specialty surgery coding including IVR, General surgery
- Specialty worked: Outpatient surgery
- Strong knowledge of injections/infusions
- APC Facility coding is an added advantage
- Auditing and denial management experience (Optional)
- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
- Good communication, flexibility reliability
- High-speed broadband internet connection at home
- Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
- Must work 08:00AM to 05:00PM IST
