About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and interact with C-level executives
  • Analyze volume and funnel trends to optimize pricing and impact on RoEs
  • Analyze credit performance and recommend improvements to credit policies
  • React to market dynamics on third-party channels and support senior management decision-making
  • Manage credit policies, run tests, and optimize pricing for certain origination channels
  • Collaborate with and drive alignment among stakeholders across the organization
  • Lead and coordinate offshore analytical support teams, including project planning, to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in credit risk strategy, consulting, solution design, and client management
  • Relevant experience within the Banking or FinTech industry; experience in point-of-sale financing preferred
  • SQL and Python
  • Origination channel management experience
  • Credit cards/lending expertise, including acquisitions and underwriting
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem-solving, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and story-building skills in a consulting setup
  • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas; BA/BS degree holders in the same fields from top-tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
