About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand the processes and business objectives of the Banking function
  • Act as the escalation point for Banking Admin and work with the business to resolve issues
  • Own the New Site Opening process
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Banking queries from customers, the business, and internal departments
  • Coordinate with teams involved in new site openings, including Planet, Barclaycard, and Amex
  • Reconcile bank transactions in the ReconNet and Planet portals in a timely manner
  • Check hotel transactions in BART
  • Process guest refunds according to client instructions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Graduate with Accounting major or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel
  • ERP Management
  • Microsoft Office

  • Detailed working knowledge of banking-function systems and processes, including ReconNet, WBD, Opera, and Fusion
