About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill requirements within stipulated deadlines
- Perform revenue forecasting, budgeting, sales reporting, and operational metrics tracking/analysis
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Prepare financial performance reports for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HRSS, and accounting teams on financial and sales reporting
- Evaluate actual results against plans and forecasts
- Guide cost analysis by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Provide trend and forecast analysis and recommend optimization actions
- Drive process improvements, including standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools
- Generate and distribute accurate, timely management reports in Excel and PowerPoint
- Develop MIS documentation and SOPs
- Improve current MIS reporting efficiency and consistency
- Develop MIS systems for customer management and internal communication
- Provide reporting and analytical support to management
- Analyze business information to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree / Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
- 5+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment
- 3+ years of MIS experience in BPO environment
- Hands-on experience of MIS profile in current and previous organizations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS PowerPoint
- VBA/Excel Macros knowledge is good to have but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of coding
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Strong quantitative, analytical and data gathering competency
- Problem-solving skills
