About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist case managers in the recovery of liens
- Support efficient management of subrogation documents
- Handle administrative and operational tasks related to document management and claims handling
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation throughout the end-to-end subrogation process
- Use available resources to investigate paid claims
- Review and evaluate accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical documents, and other documents relating to funds paid
- Take on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contribute ideas to improve processes
- Develop skills needed to progress to assistant manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12th Grade
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in a corporate company
- US Healthcare Experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Proficiency in system usage
- Interpersonal skills including listening, questioning, and intonating
- Hands-on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain accurate file documentation
- Ability to respond timely to electronic, written, and verbal communications
- Ability to maintain productivity, quality, and confidentiality
