About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist case managers in the recovery of liens and management of subrogation documents
- Provide administrative and operational support in a non-voice role
- Maintain accurate file documentation
- Respond promptly to electronic, written, and verbal communications
- Investigate paid claims using available resources
- Review and evaluate accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical documents, and other documents relating to funds paid
- Maintain high productivity, quality, and confidentiality
- Take on additional responsibilities as a senior executive
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and develop skills for progression to assistant manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12th Grade
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in a corporate company
- US Healthcare Experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Proficiency in system usage
- Hands-on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Interpersonal skills including listening, questioning, and intonating
- Ability to investigate paid claims using available resources
- Ability to review and evaluate accident or incident reports, individual claims, and medical or other documents relating to funds paid
- Ability to maintain productivity, quality, and confidentiality
