About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ETL efforts across multiple teams

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Actuaries, Cloud Engineers, and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in ETL or data management
- Advanced Python development skills
- Experience leading a team of 5+ professionals
- Insurance rater modernization expertise
- Experience transforming legacy rating engines and integrating predictive models into pricing platforms
- Ability to collaborate with Data Scientists, Actuaries, Cloud Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Experience with predictive model development pipelines, feature engineering, MLOps, automated model deployment, monitoring, and scalable analytics platforms
