About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute risk-based audits of digital solutions, data platforms, and AI solutions, including agentic AI
- Assess agentic AI governance, including agent and use-case inventory, risk classification, model and tool selection, permissions, human oversight and guardrails
- Develop audit scope, risk and control matrices, testing procedures and evidence requirements
- Use data analysis or Agentic AI where appropriate to validate controls and identify exceptions
- Lead stakeholder discussions, articulate control gaps and business risks, agree the gaps, prepare executive-ready audit reports and manage timely closure of workpapers in GRC
- Translate technical weaknesses into clear root causes, business impacts and sustainable remediation actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related discipline
- At least 10–12 years of relevant experience in technology risk, internal audit, digital transformation, application delivery, data and analytics, consulting or related areas
- Experience leading reviews or programs involving digital solutions, SDLC, data platforms, analytics, cloud or AI-enabled capabilities
- Strong understanding of digital solution delivery, technology risk, SDLC, secure development, change and release management, testing and production support controls
- Knowledge of AI and agentic AI risks, including autonomy, tool use, permissions, data access, hallucination, bias, privacy, security, human oversight, guardrails and monitoring
- Experience assessing cloud, data, analytics, workflow automation, business intelligence or AI-enabled solutions
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, lineage, master data, data modelling and analytics controls
- Ability to assess APIs, system integrations, user access, logging, incident management, resilience, third-party dependencies and cybersecurity requirements
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI or comparable platforms
- Big Four or comparable consulting experience is an advantage; regulated-industry experience is desirable
