About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and drive agendas, create materials with business/FP&A, and track action-item closure for monthly global operations leadership calls
  • Plan and drive weekly operations-head leadership meetings and close action items
  • Provide insights and proactive analysis or alerts on business health and concern areas
  • Prepare quarterly business review presentations for insurance and geography leadership
  • Formulate, report, track, and coach teams on Objective Key Results for insurance and geography
  • Coordinate with senior management and teams across the organization
  • Validate information gathered from multiple teams
  • Support top-down budget and target setting, audits, and compliance oversight
  • Track, report, and clean up pipelines; support strategic and named-account planning and large deals
  • Prioritize deals and maintain or enhance SFDC dashboards
  • Educate sales teams on best practices and coordinate executive engagement, CSAT, large-deal, and growth meetings
  • Support NASSCOM, client events, thought-leadership papers, competitor analysis, market and trend analysis, and LinkedIn/social media presence
  • Prepare board and investor presentations
  • Align geography strategy with company strategy and formulate and execute strategy OKRs and workstreams
  • Govern partnership frameworks and support M&A framework and asset evaluation

Requirements

  • MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
  • Bachelors of Commerce
  • 7-8 years of experience
  • Strong financial acumen
