About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive data product strategy and execute the product roadmap
  • Translate business and user needs into Product Requirements Documents, user stories, and technical requirements
  • Understand application functionality and user workflows to identify product enhancements and process improvements
  • Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with data scientists to identify user behavior trends and product opportunities
  • Manage timelines, sprint schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain product documentation, project plans, and decision logs
  • Improve project workflows and documentation standards
  • Support day-to-day application administration, content management, user support, and maintenance
  • Perform quality assurance testing across user roles
  • Coordinate investigation, triage, and resolution of user issues with technical teams
  • Develop user guides, training videos, and user communications
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback for product enhancements and backlog prioritization
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and end users
  • Create stakeholder engagement content and user-facing presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
  • Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data products
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Asana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
