Lead a cross-functional pod to deliver high-impact digital products with predictable cadence, quality, and business value
Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
Drive sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
Partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Track and improve delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability)
Remove blockers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Coordinate with architecture, operations, security, and governance functions
Use AI tools to accelerate planning artifacts, action tracking, and delivery reporting
Use AI for meeting summarization, risk pattern detection, and follow-up generation
Apply responsible AI usage standards across the pod
Validate AI-generated outputs before team adoption
