About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale test automation across modern and legacy platforms
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and regression suites
- Build API, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional automated tests
- Integrate quality gates and automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Define test data strategy and maintain traceable quality evidence
- Identify quality risks early and drive remediation plans
- Define test strategy and produce Test Project Completion Certificates
- Use AI to propose test scenarios, edge cases, and coverage gaps
- Use AI support for defect triage and regression prioritization
- Generate initial automation scaffolds with AI, then validate and harden them
- Critically review AI-generated assertions and expected outcomes
- Plan, monitor, and manage operational delivery against quality parameters and timelines
- Implement work management trackers and delivery plans
- Work with onshore managers to agree scope, stakeholders, escalation matrices, milestones, and timelines
- Design and implement management information systems for status updates and risk/control trends
- Drive risk and governance culture and continuous improvement
- Champion customer service and compliance integration
- Apply project management skills and technology to improve deliverables and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA or CIA
- 7-9 years of experience
- Mainframe experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, TSO, DB2 or similar
- Experience with scalable automation frameworks and regression suites
- Experience building API, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional automated tests
- Experience integrating quality gates and automation into CI/CD pipelines
