Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering
2-5 years of experience
Practical use of Claude/Copilot for coding, refactoring, debugging, and test generation
Ability to write high-quality prompts for technical tasks
Ability to critically review and harden AI-generated code
Awareness of data security and IP/confidentiality constraints when using AI tools
Proficiency in Python and Java
Experience building backend services, APIs, and integration components
