About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tech and Services categories
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing cycle from understanding business needs and vendor research through contract signing
- Develop and publish RFPs in Ariba
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and gather market intelligence
- Lead supplier selection and qualification processes, including RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies
- Negotiate supplier contracts, terms, and pricing, including MSA/SOW agreements
- Manage project plans for sourcing requests from requirements gathering through contracting
- Liaise with legal, business stakeholders, procurement, and suppliers to finalize contracts
- Document and analyze supplier responses
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and other sessions
- Track RFx events, NDA management, contracting activities, and sourcing requests
- Maintain project trackers and provide timely reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement best practices, and supplier management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good project management, business analysis, and process analysis skills
- Working knowledge of SAP Ariba, primarily in Sourcing and Contract workspace
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Business hours: US 9–5 EST
- CPSM or PMP certification is a plus
