About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, manage, and follow up on training schedules, records, and reports
  • Collaborate with trainers to schedule new employees for required training and track training progress
  • Confirm training sessions are completed and recorded
  • Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly reporting summaries covering training status, progress, and results
  • Gather information from management, employees, and other departments about training effectiveness
  • Continuously seek to improve training effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow company compliance, information security, and regulatory policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven work experience as a Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer competency
  • Ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks
  • Independent decision-making skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to complete work in a timely manner
  • U.S.-based work location
