About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Originate and shape digital opportunities for existing and new clients
- Present digital concepts to senior stakeholders
- Develop business cases for digital opportunities
- Develop cost structures and benefit models according to client needs
- Identify, analyze, validate, and segment opportunities with operations and transformation leads
- Work with business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects

- Drive enterprise adoption of tools and techniques through internal and client showcases
- Act as the business interface for Agentic AI, Automation & Robotics, and analytics opportunities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's/Master's in any stream
- 8-12 years of experience
- Exposure in Consulting, preferably in Banking and Capital Markets domain
- Ability to present digital concepts articulately and passionately to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop business cases for digital opportunities
- Ability to develop cost structures and benefit models
- Knowledge of analytics, digital, and process redesign solution segmentation
- Awareness of new and emerging solutions and their applications to operations
