About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage existing client relationships and support development of new clients
- Work with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations
- Review owner project requirements
- Perform design reviews
- Develop commissioning specifications
- Create commissioning plans, checklists and tests
- Perform field visits and observe commissioning tests
- Work with contractors in the field to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
- Write field reports and final reports
- Create Systems Manuals
- Provide commissioning services to public and private sector clients pursuing efficient, healthy buildings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and/or building automation system check-out
- Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred
