About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ideate Casino/Slot game concepts and themes in line with wider Product strategy
- Hold product vision from inception to release
- Pitch new insights and hold brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with Game Designers to maintain a competitive games portfolio
- Take accountability for created products
- Participate in creating and reviewing original math models, game themes, and Casino game concepts
- Collaborate on game, interface, animation, sound, and art style
- Innovate and improve game mechanics and ideas for new products
- Own the mechanics and dynamics of Casino games produced across the studios
- Engage with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements
- Collaborate with producers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians, and software engineers to deliver high-quality Casino/Slot games
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of proven experience within the iGaming domain
- Narrative skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design
- Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets
- Proactive self-starter attitude with excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams and stakeholders
- High degree of individual initiative and personal accountability
