About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during collection activities
- Report regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and issues encountered
- Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes professionally
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes
- Support collection management operations and departmental objectives
- Report to the Collection Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center and customer service role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
