About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver reliable, scalable applications supporting clients and business priorities
  • Participate in research, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of software applications
  • Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and system integration
  • Conduct technical analysis and design of application modules and databases
  • Ensure developed modules comply with architecture standards, coding standards, and quality requirements
  • Participate in client meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, solution reviews, and technical workshops
  • Support project delivery and system integration
  • Report to the Head of Software Development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design and application support
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular
  • Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
  • Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON
  • Experience designing, implementing, and securing solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with CodeIgniter and MVC architecture
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Software Development Life Cycle, and software design concepts
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub
