About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evolve and maintain the corporate CI/CD platform based on GitLab
- Design and develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
- Create reusable modules, components, and blueprints to accelerate and standardize cloud adoption
- Lead continuous platform improvement initiatives by defining rollout, rollback, and risk mitigation strategies
- Modernize engineering processes and tools
- Improve the developer experience through automation and self-service
- Ensure the availability and reliability of GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, Renovate, Harness, and Checkmarx
- Work with observability, metrics, dashboards, alerts, and reliability indicators
- Support squads with investigations, troubleshooting, incidents, and infrastructure challenges
- Influence technical decisions and promote Platform Engineering and DevOps best practices
- Build solutions used by multiple Serasa products and squads, increasing delivery velocity, application quality, and platform reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with AWS
- Hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with automation using Python
- Knowledge of observability using Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or equivalent tools
- Experience working in Linux environments and with distributed systems
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
- Knowledge of modern DevOps and Platform Engineering practices
- Administration of GitLab Self-Managed
- Administration of JFrog Artifactory
- Experience with macOS runners and Dedicated Hosts
- Knowledge of Developer Experience (DevEx)
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Experience in large-scale, business-critical environments
- Experience mentoring or serving as a technical reference for engineering teams
