About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the PST time zone
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
- 1–3 years of client or customer service experience

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving ability with a creative approach to challenges
- Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required
