About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for business-wide implementation
- Deploy AI models and automation tools to improve processes across departments
- Integrate and optimize tools for invoice automation, receipt management, cash flow forecasting, and labor optimization
- Sync POS and accounting systems using Zapier, Make, or Omnivore
- Implement and maintain AI dashboards for financial, labor, and operational insights
- Streamline bank transaction imports into Restaurant365
- Implement reconciliation tools and explore smart bookkeeping assistants
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business operations, customer support, marketing, finance, and other areas
- Ensure AI solutions align with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and business objectives
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for AI applications
- Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical background in AI/ML models, data processing, automation, and systems integration
- Experience with Vic.ai, Dext, Fathom or Jirav, 7shifts, Lavu, Restaurant365, Zapier, Make, or Omnivore
- Experience implementing internal AI dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio
- Knowledge of bank transaction imports into Restaurant365
- Experience with reconciliation tools such as AutoRek or BlackLine
- Familiarity with smart bookkeeping assistants such as Botkeeper or Zeni
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to align AI solutions with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and business objectives
- Ability to provide technical support, training, and documentation
- Knowledge of current AI trends, tools, and best practices
