About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct basic data analysis and support senior analysts in solution development
- Create workflow charts, diagrams, and reports to support decision-making
- Assist with requirements workshops using proven techniques
- Create and complete the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and prepare user stories and use cases
- Analyze business objectives, functions, and processes
- Create process flows and maps according to the defined Process Playbook
- Capture and document requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Organize and facilitate requirements workshops and produce detailed business requirement specification documents
- Apply and monitor modelling and analysis tools
- Understand client requirements, identify and evaluate options, and recommend solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- +5 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements across different projects and stakeholder environments
- Payroll experience in European countries
- Workday/UKG/HR/HCM experience
- Candidate must already be based in Portugal
