About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and implement Change Management Plans for technology transformation projects
- Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the change process
- Develop and execute communication, training and user adoption strategies
- Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance
- Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to support successful change implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within technology transformation projects
- Experience in consulting environments and direct client engagement
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Change Management Plans
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to secure buy-in
- Experience in communication, training and user adoption
- Ability to manage risks and resistance to change
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Experience with Google Workspace (desired)
- Previous involvement in technology transformation or migration projects to Google Workspace (desired)
