About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and support Windows Server environments on VMware and Azure, including build, patching, configuration, monitoring, and health management
- Perform daily production checks, monitoring, and alert reviews to ensure platform stability and availability
- Manage and support hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including identity lifecycle, synchronization, access management, and security best practices
- Ensure security and least-privilege standards are consistently applied across infrastructure environments
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM and Azure DevOps, including root cause analysis and resolution ownership
- Implement infrastructure and configuration changes following established change management and CAB processes
- Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks
- Support infrastructure troubleshooting and provide effective technical communication to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and infrastructure administration, preferably in enterprise environments
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid environments
- Good understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services
- Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, service request, change management, and CAB
- Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Terraform and DevOps (ADO pipelines) experience desired
- Dynamics infrastructure support desired
- GCP exposure desired
- Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, AZ-400 desired
