About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review engineering documentation, including CAD digital mock-ups, parts lists, and plant design data, to extract the disassembly and reassembly sequence
Create technical visuals, including illustrations, exploded views, simplified 3D renderings, and annotated photographs
Incorporate visual coding elements, including numbered callouts, trajectory arrows, and color-coded action indicators
Write procedural text using strict hierarchical and chronological numbering, step by step
Align procedure logic with standard workshop labor times
Ensure deliverables comply with after-sales documentation standards and the applicable visual identity guidelines
Manage warnings, tightening torques, and special tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Scripta, PLM, and Adam Author
Advanced proficiency in technical illustration and CAD manipulation software, particularly CATIA V5, GMP, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Strong automotive technical knowledge, including assembly processes, connectivity, mechanical components, and electrical/hybrid isolation procedures
Ability to break down complex operations into logical, measurable subassemblies
3–5 years of experience in technical writing or after-sales methods engineering required
Significant, hands-on experience with Stellantis Group projects or tools is essential
