About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Dell Boomi integration processes
- Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and Sapiens
- Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot failures
- Perform root cause analysis and optimize integration performance
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM, Azure DevOps (ADO), and established CAB processes
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, integration specifications, and runbooks in Confluence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in integration development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi
- Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi development and integration support
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Azure services
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data mapping, including REST/SOAP and JSON/XML
- Experience working with ITSM processes and Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
- Sapiens integration experience (desired)
- Azure integration services experience, such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory (desired)
- Dell Boomi certifications (desired)
