About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate, administer, and continuously improve enterprise network services
Ensure high availability, security, and performance across a complex multi-tenant environment
Configure and support Cisco Nexus and Catalyst infrastructure, including routing and switching
Manage Cisco Meraki switching, wireless, and security environments
Administer Cisco Firepower and F5 BIG-IP AFM firewalls
Support and maintain F5 Load Balancers
Configure and troubleshoot IPSEC VPN connections
Monitor WAN performance and resolve network incidents
Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability remediation
Implement secure network architectures and operational standards
Automate operational tasks through scripting and automation tools
Produce technical documentation and support continuous service improvements
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of networking experience
Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki solutions
Experience with F5 Load Balancers
Cisco Firepower and F5 AFM administration
TCP/IP networking knowledge
OSPF and BGP routing protocols
Enterprise LAN/WAN and Data Centre environments
SD-WAN, MPLS, DNS, and network monitoring technologies
Network Security and Cybersecurity best practices
ITIL-based operational environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
AWS networking concepts, including VPCs, routing, security groups, and connectivity
VPN/IPSec expertise is nice to have
Network monitoring and performance analysis tools experience is nice to have
Multi-vendor networking environments experience is nice to have
Automation and scripting experience is nice to have
Cloud networking experience is nice to have
Valued certifications include CCNA / CCNP, Cisco Meraki Certifications, Cisco Security / Firepower Certifications, AWS Certifications, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, and GIAC Certifications
