About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and submit a quality scoping document specifying the expectations and applicable criteria for each relevant milestone
- Prepare and formalize preliminary and final quality analyses for each milestone, based on the input data provided by the client
- Develop the materials required for quality reviews and formalize their conclusions
- Prepare and submit a documented quality assessment for each relevant milestone
- Prepare and submit a quality summary report at the end of each milestone, documenting the analysis conclusions, the decision communicated by the client, and any associated action plans, where applicable
- Produce quality deliverables relating to engineering project milestones for powertrain, battery, and thermal management systems in electric vehicles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
- At least 3 years of significant experience in the automotive industry, product/process design, and quality assurance for mechanical and mechatronic systems
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build support without direct managerial authority
- Clear, composed, and fact-based communication
- Assertiveness: ability to say no, raise alerts, and establish a framework
- Autonomous, rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Comfortable working in environments involving multiple stakeholders
