About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Land AJAX programme within MOD delivery teams
- Provide engineering assurance during production and acceptance of AJAX vehicles manufactured by the prime contractor
- Act as the point of contact for engineering issues
- Manage End Item Data Packs (EIDP)
- Engage with stakeholders and liaise with production departments and ATT
- Support and authorise Gate 1–3 reviews
- Review JAG inspection scripts
- Coordinate with the AJAX In-Service team to ensure vehicle delivery readiness
- Support vehicle manufacture, assurance and acceptance activities within the AJAX Production Pillar
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current SC clearance is an essential requirement for submission and must be valid for the duration of the assignment
- Engineering assurance experience within vehicle production and acceptance activities
- Ability to act as point of contact for engineering issues
- Experience managing End Item Data Packs (EIDP)
- Stakeholder engagement and liaison with production departments and ATT
- Ability to support and authorise Gate 1–3 reviews
- Experience reviewing JAG inspection scripts
- Ability to coordinate with the AJAX In-Service team
- Ability to support vehicle delivery readiness
- Role is Inside IR35
