About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and strengthen governance of the program/project portfolio: prioritization, roadmaps, schedules, governance meetings, decisions, action plans, monitoring, and communication
Lead and consolidate the MBE program, from initial scoping through project synchronization
Ensure consistency in project management practices and compliance with PLM standards
Coordinate and support project managers in managing their projects
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: business functions, IT, partners, and suppliers
Anticipate and manage risks
Lead program and project communications: presentations, reporting, committee facilitation, minutes, and decision tracking
Build and maintain a Product Digital Thread map for management, communication, and promotion of the PLM/MBE approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

HES engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent
Minimum 15 years of experience managing cross-functional program/project portfolios and large-scale projects within complex organizations
At least 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, PMO, or equivalent
Required certification: PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA
At least 10 years of industrial experience
In-depth knowledge of product and process industrialization functions and digital transformation challenges
Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
Technical expertise in PLM, CAD/CAM, MBE, MES, and ERP environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools
Cross-functional leadership, a strong sense of responsibility, and an ability to train and guide others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to manage priorities, an assertive approach, and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to unite business teams and facilitate alignment and buy-in
Collaborative mindset, autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and a willingness to compromise
Fluent French
Swiss or EU citizen
