About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy Quality Assurance processes across projects, from design through production
- Ensure process optimization and compliance
- Serve as the key point of contact for project/product teams and customers regarding quality requirements
- Ensure quality compliance throughout all stages of the life cycle
- Participate in steering committees, gate reviews, and quality follow-up meetings
- Prepare quality plans and update performance tracking indicators
- Identify and monitor risks, and propose solutions
- Participate in internal and customer audits
- Manage non-conformities, resolve deviations, and monitor corrective actions
- Analyze product failures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Generalist engineer with a specialization in quality
- At least 3 years of experience in project quality
- Experience in the aerospace or industrial sector preferred
- Good working proficiency in English
- Ability to lead large-scale projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Geographical mobility within France may be required
