About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for mobile, web, and API applications
Create and execute detailed manual and automated test cases
Design and implement automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Appium, and RestAssured
Apply BDD and TDD practices
Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Conduct basic performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner
Log, track, and manage defects using Jira
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners
Provide regular test reports and metrics to stakeholders
Ensure the functionality, performance, security, usability, and reliability of digital banking solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

English essential
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is often preferred
Proficiency in Java programming language
Experience with BDD and TDD methodologies
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration
Experience in mobile (Appium), web (Selenium), and API (RestAssured) testing
Basic knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter
3–7 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of defects and propose effective solutions
Ability to clearly communicate issues, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
