Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience (3–4 years) in a Lead Solution Architect role or similar
- Solid hands-on experience in software engineering with modern programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and distributed systems
- Understanding of architectural concepts for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Ability to balance speed of delivery with system robustness while managing technical debt and aligning architectural health with short-term business objectives
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Collaborative spirit, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
