About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the integration activities for electrical and avionics equipment on helicopters.
  • Analyze requirements, assess technical impacts, and coordinate implementation.
  • Plan activities, estimate workloads, and monitor project progress.
  • Lead and coordinate the relevant cross-functional teams (electrical architecture, integration, EWIS, and production).
  • Manage interfaces with programs, design offices, certification teams, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost, schedule, and certification objectives.
  • Lead activities from requirements definition through commissioning and certification of onboard equipment.
  • Work on aircraft in development and production, as well as on modifications, customer upgrades, retrofits, and obsolescence management projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree with a specialization in electrical engineering, electronics, or aeronautics.
  • Significant experience in aerospace electrical integration and/or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical architecture, EWIS, and equipment integration.
  • Experience in technical leadership, project management, or cross-functional management.
  • Leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent coordination skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English required.
  • The successful candidate must meet the requirements for security clearance and access authorization to government-controlled sites involving national defense classified information.
