About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for stamping project management and supplier follow-up of roll forming parts and dies
Roll forming parts design validation, process validation, and simulation validation
Follow up and coordinate with die suppliers for roll forming line building and commissioning
Perform 2D and 3D process checks and provide validation feedback to suppliers
Coordinate die buyoff/HLTO
Manage stamping projects for roll forming parts

Requirements

What you’ll need

BE mech / B tech in Tool and Die making diploma /post diploma
6 to 8 years of experience
Experience in roll forming
Good understanding of the stamping process and roll forming process
Ability to work with minimum supervision and inputs
Catia
UG NX
Auto cad
MS Office
PLM
Very good communication skills
