About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the client interface and structure incoming data (technical deliverables)
  • Provide technical support to workshops and the Final Assembly Line (FAL), particularly in handling non-conformities and implementing corrective actions
  • Actively participate in process validations and technical decision-making
  • Draft, improve, and maintain technical files and documentation in compliance with aviation standards
  • Supervise technical staff
  • Assess and estimate manufacturing times, operations, and processes, with corresponding reporting
  • Contribute to the entire industrialization process
  • Analyze and optimize technical assembly and installation documentation
  • Propose concrete improvements to enhance overall performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Final Assembly Line (FAL) or the aerospace industry, ideally in one of the following specialties: structures, mechanical, electrical, or cabin
  • Proficiency in English for international collaboration and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in SAP and office productivity tools (SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace)
  • Rigorous, communicative, and proactive approach
  • Proven ability to successfully coordinate teams
