About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the client interface and structure incoming data (technical deliverables)
- Provide technical support to workshops and the Final Assembly Line (FAL), particularly in handling nonconformities and implementing corrective actions
- Actively participate in process validations and technical decision-making
- Write, improve, and maintain technical files and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards
- Supervise technical staff
- Assess and estimate the time, operations, and manufacturing processes, with associated reporting
- Contribute to the industrialization process
- Analyze and optimize technical documentation for installation and assembly
- Propose improvements to enhance overall performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in a Final Assembly Line (FAL) or the aerospace industry, ideally in one of the following specialties: structures, mechanical, electrical, or cabin
- Proficiency in English for international collaboration and technical documentation writing
- Proficiency in SAP and office productivity tools (SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace)
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
- Geographical mobility within the country may be required
