Promote shift-left and continuous testing practices

Ability to lead client discovery covering automation objectives, workflows, constraints, users, maintenance expectations, evidence needs, and operating model

Experience designing and leading proofs of concept using representative API and UI scenarios, success measures, and decision gates
Strong framework design, modularity, reusability, parameterization, maintainability, standards, and review practices
