Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and execution of visual concepts for product and packaging design projects
Collaborate with designers, illustrators, the creative director, and project managers to bring ideas to life
Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Participate in creative reviews and thoughtfully incorporate feedback
Stay curious about design trends, tools, and emerging visual styles
Keep design files, assets, and design systems organized and up to date
Work closely with senior creatives across a range of creative projects and visual disciplines

What you’ll need

1–3 years of design experience, including internships or relevant freelance work
Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
1–3 years of hands-on experience preparing production-ready files for consumer packaged goods (CPG)
Strong technical skills in packaging artwork, dielines, prepress, and print file setup
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Thoughtful eye for detail and strong sense of visual craft
Ability to take direction while contributing ideas and showing initiative
Collaborative approach, curiosity, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to grow
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking and design fundamentals
Resume and link to a design portfolio required with application
