About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and action client requests for access to information subscriptions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Library Science program or recent graduate
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
  • Proficiency in M365, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available to work onsite in EDC’s downtown Ottawa office
  • Must be able to work legally in Canada at the time of application as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Work Permit holder
  • Must meet requisite government security screening requirements
